Located south-east from the town of Duncan, the Koksilah River had become a favourite photo area while living in the Cowichan Valley area. The river itself is stunning to look at with it’s emerald coloured water at the shallow, calm parts of the water source. The weather presented itself in the form of overcast, true west coast weather. While standing on a bridge, I set my camera up with a polarizer filer to get the glare off the surface of the river, and became quite happy with the results.
Location: Koksilah River. Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
